🔷 Une nouvelle étape pour l’innovation en Algérie

Dans le cadre du développement du réseautage et du renforcement de la collaboration entre les acteurs nationaux de l’innovation, M. Azizi Nadir, Directeur Général de l’ANVREDET (Agence Nationale de Valorisation des Résultats de la Recherche et du Développement Technologique), a participé au lancement officiel du programme #TIME_Oran, le 17 mai 2025 à Oran.

⚡️ Qu’est-ce que le programme #TIME_Oran ?

Conçu par ANVREDET en collaboration avec l’Institut HABA, le programme #TIME_Oran constitue un pilier opérationnel majeur du plan d’action 2022-2025 de l’Union pour l’Innovation et le Transfert Technologique.

• ✅ Renforcer les liens entre université et entreprise
• ✅ Accélérer le transfert de savoirs vers l’industrie
• ✅ Encourager l’émergence de start-ups technologiques à ancrage scientifique

📌 Pourquoi le choix d’Oran ?

Oran a été choisie pour son écosystème technologique dynamique et pour le succès de la plateforme numérique Al-Farabi, première start-up issue d’une thèse de doctorat, concrétisée en environnement industriel réel.

Ce projet a vu le jour grâce à un partenariat stratégique avec Sonatrach, le soutien de l’ANVREDET, de l’Institut HABA, et de l’ENPO Maurice Audin.

✨ Official Launch of the #TIME_Oran Program

As a new step toward expanding the networking ecosystem and building bridges of cooperation among national stakeholders in the field of innovation, Mr. Nadir Azizi, Director General of the National Agency for the Valorization of Research Results and Technological Development (ANVREDET), took part in the official launch of the #TIME_Oran program on May 17, 2025, at the National Polytechnic School « Maurice Audin » in Oran.

⚡️ What is the #TIME_Oran Program?

Led by ANVREDET and the HABA Institute, this program is a key pillar within the Innovation and Technology Transfer Union’s 2022–2025 action plan.

• ✅ Building strong bridges between universities and enterprises
• ✅ Accelerating knowledge transfer to industry
• ✅ Supporting the emergence of science-based tech startups

📌 Why Oran?

Oran was chosen based on the success of the Farabi Digital Platform, the first startup born from a PhD thesis, implemented in a real industrial environment with the support of Sonatrach, ANVREDET, the HABA Institute, and the National Polytechnic School of Oran.
